What are the prerequistises to become a blockchain developer for person who is new to coding? Shall a beginner directly jump into learning Solidity or shall he first learn JS, HTML, CSS and React?

one should have core knowledge of any of the programming language eg : c,c++,python,javascript etc then it will get easier to understand solidity and the blockchain, if you are into web development you should start with javascript as it is used everywher in web.
