Display has changed using phone browser desktop mode.

Good day, please why the new changes? before when i use chrome and open codedamn using the Desktop site mode it displays like when using a pc, menu at the left, coding area at the center and view by the right and i will have access to the terminal at the bottom, devtool at the right bottom etc. But now its just displaying like the app version and i cant access all that options anymore...tried using different phone browser on desktop mode same thing. Please if its a new change you guys made it should be reverse or is there a way to access the devtool area on my phone using desktop mode on chrome...
