in 2022 the playground uses vite. SO, can you update all the tutorials?

The environment is old to the updates on the playground. The tutorial needs to be updated.

React components need to be capitalized to differentiate them from regular HTML elements.

Can this tutorial PLEASE be updated with the new React playground? I know thats a silly question for someone who knows the programming but this is my first time and seeing a consistent UI is massively helpful.
